Owner/Dog Groomer
Kayla loves dogs with all of her heart, and finds great joy in helping them look their very best! Kayla has been grooming dogs in Victoria since early 2021, and feels like she hasn't worked a day since. Always looking for opportunities to grow and perfect her craft, she has cultivated expertise with breed specific haircuts, hand scissoring, and show quality finishes.
She has also taken a special interest in working with dogs who need a little bit of extra care and patience, including puppies, seniors, dogs with disabilities, and anxious dogs. She takes the time to cultivate a kind, respectful, and loving connection with each dog she works with, giving them the one-on-one attention and care they deserve.

Meet Mercedes — her love for animals started long before grooming was part of the picture. As a kid, Mercedes was always the one volunteering to watch friends’ pets, help out with animal care, and spend as much time as possible with furry friends.
About four years ago, she decided to follow her heart and turn that passion into a career. Since then, she’s gained hands-on experience in veterinary clinics, grooming salons, and even managing a grooming shop. When she’s not pampering pups, you’ll often find her volunteering twice a week at a local horse stable — a place that keeps her love for horses thriving.
Mercedes has a gentle touch, a big heart, and a true talent for making pets feel comfortable, loved, and looking their very best. We’re so excited to have her as part of our pack! 🐾

Sarah has been a professional groomer since 1990, with extensive grooming experience in both veterinary hospitals and grooming salons.
After relocating from Toronto to Victoria in 2015, she continues to share her lifelong passion for animals through expert, compassionate grooming services, ensuring her pups are always looking and feeling their best!
